How it works
What happens after you contact us
Demand for large electrical connections in Texas has grown faster than anywhere else in the country, and a good deal of it is looking at rural ground. That has made the process worth understanding for landowners who never expected to think about it. Here is ours, start to finish.
You tell us about the land
Tell us the county, roughly the acreage, and whatever you have noticed around the place. If you are unsure about something, say so. An honest gap is more useful to us than a confident guess.
We check it against public records
We check which grid and which wires company you fall under and what transmission runs nearby. This costs you nothing, commits you to nothing, and mostly uses records that are already public.
We call you if it looks workable
If it looks workable, we come back with what we found and what we would want to do next. If it does not, we tell you that and try to explain the reason rather than simply going quiet on you.
We make an offer, or we tell you why not
Only after that does anything become paperwork, and only once your attorney has read it. Nothing before that point asks you for money, for a signature, or for exclusivity.
No part of that asks you to pay anything or to stop speaking to other people. If somebody approaches your Texas land and wants either before showing you what they have found, slow down.
Ready to find out?
Tell us about your property. There is no cost and no obligation. If it does not fit, we will tell you plainly.
Thank you. We have enough to log it. One more page and we can actually evaluate it.
These take about two minutes. Skip anything you do not know. Guessing is fine.
Thank you. We will review the property and come back to you with a plain answer either way, including if it does not fit.
